No one.  NOT ONE PERSON knows more about the science of weight loss, diet and exercise than Traci Mann.  And most of what we've all been taught all of our lives about weight loss and health is at worst wrong, or at least not supported by science.

One of the most revealing insights is about willpower.  It makes sense, but in almost no other field does a 1-time failure in willpower equal a 100% failure.  Resist a donut 99 times but give in once and you've failed.  However, giving in once to laziness in your exercise regime doesn't result in a 100% failure of your exercise program.

Excellent insight on weight loss strategies, willpower, and eating.  My friend Eric at #GardenforkTV and his podcast listeners at Gardenfork Radio will appreciate the Human Potential aspects of this interview.  As well as Traci's extremely practical advice on how to eat more vegetables without even trying.

I've ordered Traci's book.  It's in my reading queue.
