Another terrific author interview from Think's Krys Boyd at KERA in Dallas on the --surprising-- origins of the Bill of Rights.  Most surprising is that the individual right to keep and bear arms was not the intent of the founders, according to the historical documentation.  Even more surprising, is that in another podcast historian Joseph Ellis makes the same point.  

Anyway, another great read has been added to my nightstand.  Carol Berkin's The Bill of Rights sounds like a keeper.
