The general topic is dissent in America, it's history, roles, and uses in governing.  Dissent is examined through the life of founder George Mason, one of three participants in the Constitutional Convention who refused to sign the new Constitution.  Mason's dissent was instrumental in obtaining a commitment from the delegates, particularly James Madison, architect of the Constitution,  to include a Bill of Rights.

Yet another superb podcast from the National Constitution Center's Live at America's Town Hall series.  Also, don't miss the NCC's excellent podcast series: We The People.
